Living and working in Africa since 2018, Hans Blom, with a BSc in Social Work and an MSc in Organization Psychology, has become synonymous with innovative business development, both for himself and others. His career, which blossomed in The Netherlands, saw him revitalizing business strategies for major international companies and co-founding a prosperous consultancy, where he honed his skills in fostering creativity and talent development.

Hans’s leadership mettle was notably demonstrated as the CEO of a 25M USD non-profit amidst a financial crisis. Tasked with navigating through abrupt government budget cuts, he strategically increased client services budget by 25% and reduced operational costs by 30%. Jabson Mutadzo
